  "long-description": "# Introduction\n\nThis crate modifies an Alire program project to build a cross-compiled\nprogram for a **[MuntsOS Embedded\nLinux](https://github.com/pmunts/muntsos)** AArch64 / ARMv8 / arm64\ntarget computer.\n\nThe **MuntsOS Embedded Linux** cross toolchain packages must be\ninstalled on your Linux development computer before you can use this\ncrate. See [Application Note\n#1](https://repo.munts.com/muntsos/doc/AppNote1-Setup-Debian.pdf) for\nDebian distributions or [Application Note\n#2](https://repo.munts.com/muntsos/doc/AppNote2-Setup-RPM.pdf) for RPM\ndistributions.\n\n# Environment Variables\n\nIf **ALIRE_DISABLESTYLECHECKS** is set to **yes**, the postfetch script\nwill disable style checking in the project **.gpr** file.\n\nIf **ALIRE_INSTALLMAKEFILE** is set to **yes**, the postfetch script\nwill install an optional but useful **Makefile** to the project\ndirectory.\n\nYou can add the following to **~/.bashrc** or its equivalent to\npermanently define these environment variables:\n\n    export ALIRE_DISABLESTYLECHECKS=yes\n    export ALIRE_INSTALLMAKEFILE=yes\n\n# Example\n\nThe following commands illustrate how to create an Alire program project\nthat will cross-compile a program to run on a **MuntsOS Embedded Linux**\ntarget computer.
